PreSales and Delivery Engineer (m/f/x)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Pre-sales technical support, generation of RFI/RFP responses
• Technical consulting and requirements capture
• Conceptual system design, Scope of Work creation
• Technical presentations, Product demonstrations, System PoCs and support for tradeshows
• Projects and commissioning, with a focus on IP infrastructure projects
• Configuration, and programming of the products / system
• Deliver system solutions, commissioning remote and/or on-site of products
• Assist in After-Sales support process
• Technical troubleshooting (remote/on-site)
• Adherence to established processes and tools
• Close cooperation with the Lawo headquarter in Rastatt
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Education in the broadcast, audio, electrical engineering, or a related field is required
• Network/IT knowledge
• Experience in the broadcast environment, on-air broadcast operations, IP projects
• Expertise in operational workflow
• Passion for new technology
• Structured way of working and problem-solving ability
• Driven by delivering service excellence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – Spanish, English required
• Ability to work alone with little or no supervision
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Readiness for international and local travel – 30% to 50%
