As the Business Development Manager, you'll be part of our company's growth, focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities for custom applications and proprietary products. With a strong emphasis on the European market, your exceptional sales skills will be key in building client relationships

What challenges are you going to face?

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients with their own software development departments , industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions as the ideal fit.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Drive sales of our own software products.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to the management team.
  
  

What do we expect from you?

• Higher education (preferred in business or related field).
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the software industry.
• Strong understanding of custom applications and software products.
• Exceptional sales and negotiations skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
