About the Role:

ProBio is seeking a strategic and experienced Content Marketing Manager to lead a high-performing team of content marketers. This role is responsible for shaping and executing content strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and client conversion across digital channels. The ideal candidate combines scientific understanding with digital marketing expertise, demonstrating a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and client-facing content. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a marketing plan and content strategy align
  • ed with business goals to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all touchpoints
  • Translate strategy into actionable campaign content execution across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with R&D, product marketing, and SMEs to convert technical content into engaging client-facing materials
  • Identify customer & competitor insights across modalities to support strong portfolio value propositions
  • Review content performance and user engagement metrics to optimize content strategy, user experience, and website evolution for demand generation
  • Measure and report on content performance and ROI
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor strategies to keep ProBio’s content at the forefront
  • Deeply understand customer decision-making drivers and create content that resonates across the customer journey
  • Source and leverage critical metrics to advise strategy and partner with Product and Regional Marketing on content creation initiatives

Qualification: 

  • 5+ years of experience in product and/or content marketing, preferably in life sciences or CDMO sector
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence stakeholders
  • Expertise in digital content strategy, SEO, and performance analytics
  • Experience managing global content initiatives and working with regional teams
  • A strong blend of scientific and digital marketing expertise with a proven track record of developing impactful, channel-optimized content across formats (video, blogs, webpages, email, social etc.)
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across global, cross-functional teams
  • Min Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
