About The Role The **Product Manager** role focuses on developing the vision, roadmap, and execution of accounting integrations, essential for adding value throughout the 7-Step Plan-to-Pay process. The position requires collaboration across teams to set quarterly goals aligned with business objectives and establish quality control mechanisms for product delivery. This role will include - Defining, promoting, and implementing integration strategies in conjunction with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. - Distilling strategy into quarterly plans that drive prioritized business goals. - Providing a high-quality end-to-end customer experience through the integration program, exceeding expectations. - Collaborating with Engineering to establish metrics and accountability systems ensuring product performance surpasses internal standards. - Overseeing the ongoing expansion of the Vendor Integrations program with counterparts to define strategy, performance metrics, and maintain accountability across stakeholders. What you’ve accomplished - 2+ years managing a complex integrations program, _preferably involving a SaaS application with legacy ERP systems_. - 3+ years as a Product Manager. - Demonstrated experience in building metrics and SQL proficiency. - A strong customer-centric curiosity, enabling rapid learning on the job with a desire to understand multiple business functions. - Proven sound judgment in assessing risk and implementing effective solutions. - Ability to clearly articulate ideas in a well-structured, data-informed manner. - A solid understanding of product discovery and delivery processes. - Successful collaboration experience with engineers, designers, and various stakeholders. - A track record of success blending practical and conceptual thinking skills, demonstrating impact on complex problem spaces. Working at the Company Salary The salary range for this role is between $135,000 and $160,000 for candidates located in Canada and the US. The position is remote with less than 10% travel expected. Your salary will depend on various factors including experience level, skills, market conditions, and internal equity relative to other employees. The compensation and benefits information provided is based on a good-faith estimate as of the job posting date and may be adjusted in the future.
