Key Responsibilities:

  • Large Language Model (LLM) Management: Design and develop independent software features using LLMs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets of both structured and unstructured data to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns.
  • Algorithm Improvement: Continuously improve the performance of AI algorithms and software features by tuning and optimizing parameters.
  • Experimentation: Conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate the performance of LLM features and AI models.
  • Integration: Work closely with software engineers to integrate developed LLM features into production systems.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software developers, to deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Documentation: Document AI models, processes, and findings to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.


Requirements:

  • +5 years exp in either software development and/or data science.
  • Experience with techniques using natural language processing (NLP).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or Java.
  • Proficiency in using software development tools such as Github.
  • Familiarity with any of the following machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and Keras.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, data structures, AI algorithms, and statistical methods.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
