- Designing and developing secure and performant software
- Experience with and/or interest in some of the following areas:
- Cryptography
- Zero knowledge proof protocols
- Blockchain protocols
- DevOps, testing infrastructure, and CI
- Performance analysis and optimisation
- Comfortable operating in an Agile environment
- Collaborative by nature
- Willing to give and receive feedback
- Open to learning
- Understanding we are a globally distributed, remote-first team Comfortable with handling uncertainty and ambiguity
- Better than market rate with equity plan
