This role will be a critical piece of Employment Hero’s new Launch team, responsible for restructuring and aligning our practices with the Employment Hero way. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional employee experience and directly impacting our company culture.Sub-Saharan Africa

• Sub-Saharan AfricaDesign, develop, and deliver a variety of training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, soft skills, and leadership development aligned with our Performance Ops priorities.
• Sub-Saharan AfricaConduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and learning needs across the organisation.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaUtilise various methods and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaDesign and deliver learning pathways geared toward upskilling all Heroes in critical competencies aligned to the EH Way.Sub-Saharan Africa

• Sub-Saharan AfricaDevelop curriculum and course materials that align with Performance Operations and EH’s objectives.Sub-Saharan Africa

• Sub-Saharan AfricaManage our Go1 LMS, including course creation, user management, and reporting.Sub-Saharan Africa

• Sub-Saharan AfricaBachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaProven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaStrong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaExcellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaProficient in using various learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaAbility to analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve learning programs.Sub-Saharan Africa
