Description
About Engagifii
Engagifii is a modern association management and government affairs platform built specifically for professional associations and nonprofits.
For more than 25 years, we have partnered with associations across the country to support membership, operations, advocacy, professional development, communications, events, and organizational growth.
Our customers are mission-driven organizations with complex structures, thoughtful leadership teams, and long-term strategic goals. We earn business through credibility, industry expertise, trusted relationships, and a deep understanding of how associations operate.
At Engagifii, we believe the best conversations happen when operational experience, strategic thinking, and relationship management come together to help organizations grow and evolve.
About The Opportunity
Professional associations are evolving rapidly.
Member expectations are changing. Advocacy efforts are becoming more complex. Association staff teams are being asked to accomplish more with fewer resources while modernizing operations across membership, events, communications, education, and engagement.
At Engagifii, we partner with associations across the country to help solve these challenges.
We are seeking a Director of Association Solutions to serve as a trusted advisor to association leaders evaluating organizational growth, operational modernization, member engagement strategies, and technology transformation initiatives.
This role is intentionally designed for professionals who understand the association industry — specifically individuals who have worked within associations, nonprofits, membership organizations, and related industries.
Rather than managing operations for a single organization, this role provides the opportunity to work alongside executive leaders from associations across the country, helping guide important organizational decisions while building long-term industry relationships.
This is not a transactional sales role. It will help Engagifii grow through deep, strategic partnerships with our current and prospective customer associations by providing a very high quality service that is delivered with intention and a high degree of ethics.
Success comes from credibility, professionalism, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide thoughtful organizational conversations.
Why This Role Is Different
Many association professionals reach a point where they want to expand their impact beyond a single organization.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Work with association leaders across multiple industries and states
- Influence strategic organizational decisions
- Become deeply involved in industry trends and operational innovation
- Build executive-level relationships throughout the association space
- Combine operational expertise with strategic consulting and business leadership
- Help associations modernize and improve how they serve their members
- Transition into a more strategic, externally facing leadership role with strong professional and financial growth potential
We value association experience because our customers expect to work with people who genuinely understand their world.
The Role
The Director of Association Solutions serves as the primary relationship owner for prospective customers throughout the evaluation and decision-making process.
This role focuses on helping association leaders identify operational challenges, evaluate strategic opportunities, and understand how technology can improve organizational effectiveness, member engagement, communication, advocacy, and long-term growth.
You will lead discovery conversations, guide stakeholder alignment, manage relationships across multiple departments and leadership levels, and help organizations navigate complex decisions with confidence and clarity.
You will partner closely with Engagifii’s internal solution and product experts who lead platform demonstrations and technical discussions.
This role also serves as a visible representative of Engagifii within the association industry through participation in conferences, webinars, executive discussions, and educational events. Successful individuals in this role will contribute thought leadership and strategic insight on topics impacting associations, including operational modernization, member engagement, advocacy, organizational growth, and technology strategy.
The Director of Association Solutions is expected to build trusted relationships throughout the association industry and help position Engagifii as a strategic partner through educational conversations, industry involvement, and peer-to-peer leadership.
