Description
At Churchfront, we are firm believers that technology, when combined with enduring truths, can reveal new possibilities within ministry. As a national AVL integrator, media platform, and educational resource, we cater to churches throughout the United States. Our focus is on designing and installing systems that are clear, reliable, and distraction-free, while also empowering church teams through training materials and educational resources that enable them to manage technology wisely and enhance their kingdom impact.
We are seeking a Media and Marketing Manager who can effectively convey our narrative, create engaging content, and assist in equipping churches via our media and educational platform. This position is ideal for an individual who thinks strategically, produces original content, and recognizes that marketing, media, and training materials are all forms of ministry when approached with the right intent.
About the Role
The Media and Marketing Manager will be in charge of developing and implementing Churchfront’s marketing strategy while producing educational content tailored for churches. You will create captivating marketing collateral, oversee our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and develop training videos that support church production teams nationwide.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, positioned at the crossroads of marketing, media production, and ministry training. You will manage all aspects of content creation, social media, video editing for educational courses, and lead generation campaigns. This position is essential to fulfilling Churchfront’s mission of serving churches not only through installations but through online content, media, and training that amplifies our influence.
We do not merely promote services or set up systems; we are dedicated to a mission. Therefore, every piece of content, every campaign, every training video, and every engagement should reflect Churchfront’s values and the churches we are committed to supporting.
What You'll Be Doing
Training Video Production & Educational Content Edit and produce training videos that empower church production teams with necessary skills and knowledge. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create course content, tutorial videos, and educational materials. Oversee the video production process from concept to final delivery, ensuring the content is clear, engaging, and beneficial for churches.
Content Creation & Brand Management Design and implement content strategies across various digital platforms—website, social media, email, video, and print. Write engaging copy that resonates with church leaders, simplifying technical concepts into accessible, mission-focused language. Ensure brand consistency and voice across all materials and interactions.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and raising awareness within the church market. Manage paid advertising, email sequences, and inbound marketing initiatives. Monitor performance, analyze data, and refine campaigns based on results.
Digital Presence & Website Take ownership of Churchfront’s website—updating content, developing SEO strategies, enhancing user experience, and optimizing conversions. Ensure the site clearly communicates who we are, what we do, and why churches can trust us with their AVL systems.
Social Media & Community Engagement Establish and manage Churchfront’s presence on relevant platforms, engaging genuinely with church leaders and ministry communities. Share project narratives, industry insights, and content that serves and educates our audience.
Sales Enablement Provide the sales team with case studies, presentations, proposal templates, and collateral that assist in closing projects and conveying value. Collaborate closely with sales to understand client needs and concerns, then develop materials that address them.
Project Storytelling Capture completed projects through photography, video, testimonials, and case studies that highlight our work and its impact on local churches. Transform installations into inspiring stories for others.
Analytics & Reporting Monitor marketing performance across all channels. Report on lead generation, campaign success, website traffic, and ROI. Make data-driven decisions and communicate results with leadership.
Who We're Looking For
We seek an individual who exhibits a sense of ownership and understands that marketing is fundamentally about service, not merely promotion. You should be comfortable working independently, juggling multiple projects, and producing work that exemplifies excellence.
You are, at your core, a storyteller who has extensive experience in church production and worship settings. You comprehend the challenges faced by churches because you have actively participated—operating cameras, mixing audio, managing lighting, or leading worship. This firsthand experience lends you credibility and empathy in your communication with the churches we aim to serve.
You can distill complex technical concepts into accessible language, as you have explained them to volunteers and staff in church settings. You feel equally at ease filming and editing videos, writing content, analyzing campaign performance, and developing creative ideas.
You will excel in this environment if you:
- Act as an owner and fully take accountability for your area of responsibility
- Lead with humility—being eager to learn, willing to ask questions, and quick to put aside pride
- Prioritize results over mere activity
- Communicate clearly and follow through on commitments
- Be passionate about the mission behind the work, beyond just metrics
- Create with purpose and develop content that genuinely serves people

- Self-motivated with proficient project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Experience within the AVL industry or in technical B2B markets
- Background as a worship leader, media director, or member of a production team
- Deep insight into church decision-making processes and purchasing cycles
- Established network or relationships in church production and worship communities
