Your role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.

• Automate testing workflows including test data creation, reporting, and defect management.

• Recommend and implement tools and processes to enhance test efficiency.

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Required technical and professional expertise

• 6-12 months of experience in software testing and QA automation.

• Proficiency in Java programming.

• Hands-on experience with Selenium and TestNG/JUnit.

• Experience in testing web applications and APIs.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines,Jenkins and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub).

• Exposure to tools like Jira for issue tracking.

• Ability to independently handle testing and debugging tasks.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience with Gradle or Maven.

• API testing tools such as REST Assured or Postman.

• Working knowledge of Linux/MacOS environments.

• Use of Visual Studio Code as a development environment
