Position Summary:
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will be responsible for developing strong institutional partnerships and executing strategic sales plans across multiple market verticals. You will manage and mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives (AEs) and play a critical part in expanding ANX's presence.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Regional Market Leadership: Develop and execute growth plans, identify key institutional partners, and establish long-term referral relationships in the South Bay and East Bay territories.
- Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Account Executives (AEs), setting performance targets and providing ongoing coaching.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate executive-level relationships with hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), IPAs, ACOs, MSOs, and physician groups.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Clinical Services and Intake/Admissions to ensure smooth transitions from referral to care.
- Reporting & Accountability: Provide regular reports to the CEO, utilizing CRM and analytics to monitor performance and ROI.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in home health, hospice, or healthcare services.
- Strong professional network within the South Bay and/or East Bay healthcare ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team.
- Direct experience working with hospitals, ALFs, SNFs, and medical practices.
- Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven performance management.
