Description
At Shiftmove, we’re building the next generation of connected mobility products that empower businesses to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Our goal is to make complex operations intuitive and efficient, turning insights into impactful action for thousands of B2B customers across Europe.
To achieve this, we're looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team! In this role, you will act as a strategic and operational engine for our Go-to-Market organization. You will sit at the intersection of process design, technical architecture, and GTM strategy, owning the revenue lifecycle end-to-end. As a senior individual contributor, you will operate with high autonomy, translating business goals into scalable systems and ensuring our GTM teams (Sales, CS, AM, Partnerships) have the operational foundation to drive sustainable growth.
Requirements
What you'll do
- Process Architecture & Optimization: Own and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across the full "Bowtie" (Lead → Opportunity → Customer → Expansion/Retention).
- GTM Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted partner to GTM leadership, translating business needs into operational reality and aligning cross-functional teams.
- CRM & Tech Stack Ownership: Design, maintain, and improve CRM workflows (Salesforce/HubSpot) and revenue tooling to ensure data quality and system scalability.
- Performance & Forecasting: Enable reliable performance tracking and pipeline visibility, improving forecasting accuracy to support executive decision-making.
- Scalable Operations: Identify and address operational bottlenecks, moving the function from reactive support to proactive, scalable execution.
- Enablement & Documentation: Build the "GTM playbook" by documenting processes and supporting the enablement of teams to ensure consistent execution.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Lead complex initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Product to ensure seamless handovers and integrated workflows.
- Continuous Iteration: Proactively surface risks and improvement opportunities, ensuring our GTM engine evolves alongside our business growth.
What you need to succeed
- Senior RevOps Expertise: Multiple years of hands-on experience (5+ years) in Revenue Operations, ideally within complex B2B SaaS organizations and high ARR environments.
- End-to-End Revenue Mastery: Deep understanding of the full customer journey; you look beyond the sales funnel to focus on the existing business and recurring revenue.
- Methodology Driven: Familiarity with modern RevOps frameworks (e.g., Winning by Design) and a "systems thinking" approach to process design.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM systems and the wider GTM tech stack (Automation, BI, and AI SaaS solutions).
- Autonomy & Ownership: Demonstrated capacity to lead from the front, manage complex projects independently, and anticipate problems before they escalate.
- Pragmatic Problem Solving: A hands-on mindset combined with a strategic perspective; you are comfortable with ambiguity and biased toward action.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leadership and drive alignment across diverse functional teams.
- Location: Based in Germany (Berlin preferred) or willing to travel to Berlin once per quarter.
Benefits
- Vacation: 30 days
- Benefits: Urban Sports Club membership, Hrmony subscription, JobRad, or a subsidy for a BVG ticket.
- Health & Wellbeing: 1 mental health day per year and access to the Nilo.health platform.
- Learning & Development: Clear career paths and an annual learning budget of €2,000, among other opportunities.
- Home Office? No problem! We have a beautiful office in the heart of Berlin where we meet twice a week.
- Workation: Up to 12 weeks of remote work from any country or continent you want!
- Autonomy: We want to hire you for your expertise and knowledge, and we’ll give you the space to do your best work.
- Sustainable Growth: We are profitable, generate more than €60M in ARR, and continue to grow — in a highly sustainable way, backed by a leading private-equity firm focused on technology and software.
- Culture: You’ll join a highly collaborative and high-performing team where you can contribute ideas, challenge others, and be challenged yourself.
