We are looking for an SDR to join our European sales team, who is passionate about prospecting, connecting with IT decision-makers, and fueling high-value opportunities.
Your main task is to drive accelerated growth in the European market by relentlessly building, qualifying, and developing a high-volume, high-quality sales pipeline. The focus is on the constant generation of high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). This role is intended for "hunters" who love speed, discipline, and measurable results.
What you will do
Research and identify new potential customers across Europe
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to business needs and buying intent
Book meetings / discovery calls for Account Executives
Maintain and update leads and pipeline in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and outreach
What you bring
Proven success in in sales (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales) with a strong outbound mentality
Hunger to hunt for new business opportunities
Comfortable with high outreach activity and KPI-driven work
Strong communication skills in English (other EU languages are a plus)
Motivation to learn, grow, and eventually move into full-cycle sales
Fluent in English and at least one other european language; german language proficiency is a strong advantage
