AI app store & agents: Implement the backend and infrastructure for an internal AI app store/marketplace for Glean agents and workflows, including catalog, metadata, approvals, and permissions.
Agent lifecycle & CI/CD: Implement agent promotion and release processes (dev/test/prod) and build CI/CD pipelines (e.g., AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for agents, workflows, and supporting services.
Cloud infrastructure & IaC: Design and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CDK, and containerize workloads with Docker on ECS Fargate or EKS.
Observability & reliability: Configure CloudWatch and OpenTelemetry for LLM observability (latency, errors, token usage) and implement logging, metrics, and alerts for platform health and integration reliability.
Cost management: Track and optimize platform costs using CloudWatch Budgets and related AWS cost tools.
Security & governance: Implement authentication/authorization patterns and technical guardrails that support AI governance, data privacy, and least-privilege access.
Required Experience & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred: AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional OR Kubernetes/CNCF certifications
Experience:
o 5+ years in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering.

o Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
o Experience configuring CloudWatch and OpenTelemetry (or similar) for observability.
o Experience monitoring and optimizing cloud costs (CloudWatch Budgets or equivalent).
AI / LLM skills:
o Practical experience with enterprise search, LLM/GPT APIs, or Work AI platforms (e.g., Glean, Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, etc.).
o Understanding of key concepts such as RAG, vector search, and prompt engineering, or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
Collaboration & communication:
o Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across distributed systems.
o Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with product, security, data, and application teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with Glean specifically, or adjacent Work AI/enterprise search platforms.
Experience building internal developer platforms, marketplaces, or app stores.
Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments.
