What You Will Be Doing 🚀
This role focuses on two major pillars: Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security Automation. You will assist in the strategic planning and design of secure systems, ensuring that identity management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) are flawless. Additionally, you will be the driving force behind integrating disparate security tools through automation, making security operations smoother and more efficient.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves) ✅
Please ensure your resume clearly demonstrates the following experience. We need to see the years of experience listed explicitly for each skill below:
- Identity & Access Control: 5+ years of expert-level experience with IAM, logging, and reporting systems.
- Automation Engineering: 5+ years of expertise in developing automation using tools like Python and Bash.
- Infrastructure Security: 5+ years of experience working with Windows, Linux, and network security protocols/procedures.
- Large-Scale Environments: 5+ years of experience supporting large IT environments or system deployments.
- Cyber Security Awareness: 5+ years of experience understanding cyber security principles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in an IT or Information Security related field OR 8+ years of work experience as a Security Architect in lieu of a degree.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) 🌟
- Experience with SIEM analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, CSF, CJIS, IRS 1075, and CMS MARS-E.
- Knowledge of Application Security (APPSEC).
- Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISO, or equivalent advanced certifications (e.g., CEH, OSCP, GPEN). Vendor certifications in SIEM or logging technologies are also a plus.
