Aspen Fiber Networks is thrilled to announce an internship opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Intern. This part-time position is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the finance sector within a dynamic and innovative company.

As a Finance Intern, you will assist with a specific project to coordinate with equity investment organizations on our expansion efforts.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION THAT WILL ONLY BE OPEN FROM NOW UNTIL AT LEAST JANUARY 15, 2026 BUT NO LATER THAN FEBBRUARY 15, 2026

Responsibilities

• Setup interested equity investment groups into our investment CRM system
• Update due diligence reports and announcements to active investors and potential investors
• maintain dialogue and respond to inquiries of investor requests.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in finance or accounting is a plus but not required.
• Availability for 20 to 30 hours per week.
