Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Address customer inquiries and issues related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical problems.
- Resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with gaming products and industry developments.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new cultural experience.
