As QC Administrator you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Quality Control department. You will ensure efficient management of quality documentation, records, and processes in compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, NADCAP (where applicable), customer specifications, and PPG Aerospace's Quality Management System (QMS). You will focus on document control, data management, nonconformance tracking, and support for audits and inspections in an aerospace coatings, sealants, and raw materials manufacturing environment.

You will report to the Quality Control Team Supervisor.

Working Hours:

Initial Day Shift: 08.00 – 16.00, moving to shifts (06.00 – 14.00 / 14.00 – 22.00)

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and control quality documentation including inspection records, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and material certifications.

· Coordinate with warehouse, quality assurance, and customer service teams to gather and file inspection data, test results, and batch records.

· Support internal audits and process improvements by scheduling, documenting findings, and following up on actions.

· Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, generating CoCs, and responding to quality-related inquiries.

· Ensure traceability of materials and products throughout the manufacturing process.

· Contribute to counterfeit parts prevention and foreign object debris (FOD) programmes through record-keeping and awareness support.

Qualifications/ Skills

· Minimum 2-3 years in quality administration, document control, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.

· Experience in aerospace, coatings/chemicals, or regulated industries (e.g., AS9100-certified) preferred.

· Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) and aerospace regulations.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and QMS software (e.g., ETQ, Oracle, or similar).
