Business Analyst – Cell & Gene Therapies (C>) (m/f/d) bei Freseniusglobal

In this role you will support data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Product Management for the Cell and Gene Therapies Technologies (C>) portfolio. The role provides actionable insights derived from commercial, market, and competitive data to drive strategic decisions and improve business performance.

Your Assignments:

• Analyse internal data sources (e.g. Salesforce, sales metrics, CRM inputs) and external information (market trends, competitor intelligence, industry reports) to identify opportunities and support business decisions

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to guide commercial strategy, business cases, and product initiatives

• Develop dashboards and automated reports to track key metrics such as sales performance, pipeline progression, and sales cycle trends

• Continuously monitor the global CGT market landscape, including new technologies, therapeutic developments, company activity, regulatory changes, and investment trends

• Support product management with customer feedback analysis, market data, and product performance evaluation

• Contribute to business development initiatives through market assessments, competitor benchmarking, and financial KPI modelling (e.g. NPV, IRR, payback)

• Maintain and update business cases for the product portfolio

• Prepare and present analytical findings and recommendations to commercial and cross-functional leadership

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Business Development teams to align data insights with strategic initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company policies related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy management systems

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Life Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytical or visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Python, R) is an advantage

• Exposure to the medical device, bioprocessing, or life sciences industries

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into insights for non-technical audiences

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Independent, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and curiosity

• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German) are an asset
