In this role you will support data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Product Management for the Cell and Gene Therapies Technologies (C>) portfolio. The role provides actionable insights derived from commercial, market, and competitive data to drive strategic decisions and improve business performance.
Your Assignments:
Analyse internal data sources (e.g. Salesforce, sales metrics, CRM inputs) and external information (market trends, competitor intelligence, industry reports) to identify opportunities and support business decisions
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to guide commercial strategy, business cases, and product initiatives
Develop dashboards and automated reports to track key metrics such as sales performance, pipeline progression, and sales cycle trends
Continuously monitor the global CGT market landscape, including new technologies, therapeutic developments, company activity, regulatory changes, and investment trends
Support product management with customer feedback analysis, market data, and product performance evaluation
Contribute to business development initiatives through market assessments, competitor benchmarking, and financial KPI modelling (e.g. NPV, IRR, payback)
Maintain and update business cases for the product portfolio
Prepare and present analytical findings and recommendations to commercial and cross-functional leadership
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Business Development teams to align data insights with strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy management systems
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Life Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytical or visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Python, R) is an advantage
Exposure to the medical device, bioprocessing, or life sciences industries
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into insights for non-technical audiences
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Independent, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and curiosity
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German) are an asset
