JOB SUMMARY:

HailSolve is looking for a marketing manager to work alongside a creative project manager, business development leader, direct mail director, tech development team, and executive stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives across a variety of marketing channels. This role will include both people management of a small team and hands-on execution. We are a growing, boutique firm that values both autonomy and accountability, and we are in need of a self-starter who can also leverage a budget to accomplish agreed upon goals. 

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Spearhead multi-channel campaigns
  • Manage marketing team members to execute campaigns 
  • Suggest strategic marketing materials the creative team to make
  • Give feedback to creative team on deliverables 
  • Pursue KPI and budget goals 
  • Collaborate with executive team on GTM strategies 
  • Deliver desired reporting to COO and other team members 
  • Manage marketing invoices and procurement processes
  • Manage client experiences, gifts, and various internal communication needs
  • Assist with training materials as needed
  • Maintain a basic digital presence, agnostic of specific funnels. 
  • Strategize and grow required teams to achieve effective paid digital funnels
  • Provide marketing support to sales operations and outreach as needed. 
  • Strategize and execute new marketing funnels.
  • Maintain and grow existing marketing funnels 
  • Oversee production of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, videos, whitepapers, social media posts, infographics, editorials, direct mail pieces, and other marketing materials with the help of the creative project manager. 
  • Handle marketing department phone calls & contact form submissions 
  • Make small website updates 
  • Contribute to product marketing and development efforts

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 7+ years professional experience
  • Clear track record of growth and achieving revenue targets across multiple channels 
  • Experience collaborating with graphic designers, developers, and other creatives
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other standard digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with SalesForce and/or HubSpot
  • Ability to write concise and compelling copy as needed
