JOB SUMMARY:
HailSolve is looking for a marketing manager to work alongside a creative project manager, business development leader, direct mail director, tech development team, and executive stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives across a variety of marketing channels. This role will include both people management of a small team and hands-on execution. We are a growing, boutique firm that values both autonomy and accountability, and we are in need of a self-starter who can also leverage a budget to accomplish agreed upon goals.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spearhead multi-channel campaigns
- Manage marketing team members to execute campaigns
- Suggest strategic marketing materials the creative team to make
- Give feedback to creative team on deliverables
- Pursue KPI and budget goals
- Collaborate with executive team on GTM strategies
- Deliver desired reporting to COO and other team members
- Manage marketing invoices and procurement processes
- Manage client experiences, gifts, and various internal communication needs
- Assist with training materials as needed
- Maintain a basic digital presence, agnostic of specific funnels.
- Strategize and grow required teams to achieve effective paid digital funnels
- Provide marketing support to sales operations and outreach as needed.
- Strategize and execute new marketing funnels.
- Maintain and grow existing marketing funnels
- Oversee production of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, videos, whitepapers, social media posts, infographics, editorials, direct mail pieces, and other marketing materials with the help of the creative project manager.
- Handle marketing department phone calls & contact form submissions
- Make small website updates
- Contribute to product marketing and development efforts
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 7+ years professional experience
- Clear track record of growth and achieving revenue targets across multiple channels
- Experience collaborating with graphic designers, developers, and other creatives
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other standard digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with SalesForce and/or HubSpot
- Ability to write concise and compelling copy as needed
