- Lead end-to-end project delivery, encompassing requirements analysis, technical solution design, development, testing, deployment, and technical documentation.
- Drive the architecture upgrade and implementation of enterprise-level HR systems, ensuring both system stability and data security.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of large-scale complex business requirements, formulate technical solutions, and support project implementation.
- Optimize system performance, mentor junior and senior engineers, and help the team resolve technical challenges.
- Establish and enforce development standards, while influencing and driving technical decisions across the department.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of development experience with Java and Spring Boot/Cloud; must be proficient in Java and its ecosystem. Experience in large enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle) is preferred.
- Proficient in relational/NoSQL databases, caching, and message queues. Capable of source code-level analysis of open-source middleware and skilled in microservices architecture design.
- Experience in leading large-scale enterprise system development, handling complex business scenarios, and possessing experience with system refactoring or end-to-end project delivery.
- Familiarity with the full HR business lifecycle (including Employee, Organizational Structure, Onboarding/Transfers/Promotions/Separations, Compensation, Performance, Attendance, etc.).
- A passion for technology with high standards for code quality and development practices.
- A fast learner with strong analytical, logical thinking, and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- A strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a team player mentality.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional team members.
- Experience in relevant departments of listed internet companies is preferred.
- Familiarity with the blockchain or digital currency industry is a plus.
