Point of Sale Administrator - Warehouse

Pay- $18/hour

Position Objective:

The POS warehouse employee�s overall objective is to support the sales team with the tools they need to succeed in the market. The POS Administrator is responsible for reporting items as they arrive and storing them properly to ensure the items are distributed to the proper parties.

The POS Administrator must be organized and its contents tracked and distributed to the proper parties.

Responsibilities Include

• Execution and oversight of entire POS warehouse.
• Receive, inventory and store all point of sale, parcels and merchandise upon arrival daily at Goldring Gulf Distributing.
• Communicate POS received immediately to appropriate parties.
• Keep POS Warehouse�s clean, organized and presentable at all times.
• Maintain current inventories of in-house POS for monthly review. Provide POS sign out sheet that identifies the placement of the POS in the market by channel and account name.
• Serve as the official back up for the sign shop.
• Communicate with General Manager and Chain Manager the coupon programs as they arrive in the warehouses. Maintain Open communication with sales management.
• Order and keep in inventory miscellaneous sales supplies, glide racks and other items as directed.
• Create and provide support materials for on premise, off premise, special events including on site office or warehouse signage.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Track cooler inventory and stage coolers on POS dock for delivery to retail.
• Conduct all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct all activities in accordance with Federal and State (BATF) rules and regulations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate.

Technical Requirements:

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)

Must be certified to operate a forklift.
