We’re on the lookout for a confident, driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You’ll be the voice of HBE — connecting with new businesses and sparking interest in our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying potential B2B clients
- Making engaging outbound calls to generate interest and book appointments
- Building rapport and developing relationships with prospects
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting the wider sales team
- Working to achievable targets with plenty of support and recognition
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 2 years’ B2B experience
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Confident, professional phone manner
- Positive “can-do” attitude with a hunger to succeed
- Proficient with CRM & Microsoft Office systems
