As a Client Account Set Up (ISA) Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring smooth and efficient ISA transfers while contributing to process improvements. Be part of a team that values client-centric solutions and continuous development.  This role sits within the Client Account Setup team and focuses on the processing ISA transfers and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient and accurate transfer of ISAs from ISA Managers to Insignis.

Requirements

  • Accurate and efficient ISA account opening, paying close attention to detail to ensure all steps are followed.
  • Process all ISA transfers in and out of Insignis within deadlines.
  • Understand and manage the end-to-end transfer journey for our clients.
  • Contribute to changing and improving processes.
  • Using technical and soft skills to liaise and with collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Oversee and ensure timely processing of payments related to ISAs.

 We'd love to hear from you if:

  • You have a minimum of two years in an operational role within Financial Serviceincluding ISA experience and knowledge.
  • Experience of payments and banking processes
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and CRM.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize workload across multiple workstreams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • You can work diligently, spot inefficiencies in processes and stretch into implementing positive change. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A clear track record of strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • You consistently deliver role model behaviours and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • You're able to account for your work and feel comfortable working to SLA’S.

Nice To Have:

  • Data protection and confidentiality awareness
  • Familiarity with KYC and AML concepts is advantageous.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, specifically within finance and/ or technology

Working Pattern

  • Hybrid working pattern in London office, 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
