| JOB SUMMARY |
- Provides overall administrative and technical management on assigned signal and lighting projects, from bid preparation through final client acceptance.

| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of construction management required (Equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience are also acceptable).
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods, codes); craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations; engineering, estimating, schedules, and safety is required.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
