Job Description
Associate for a position in Archbald, PA. Duties
include: Perform business analysis and
programmatic functional finance activities for the
Engineering and Technical and/or Operations
groups. Tasks include but not limited to
monitoring and forecasting Engineering and
Technical and/or Operations organizations
functional cost control accounts and providing
financial status, guidance and assistance to
Control Account Managers and the Business
management Team. Develop and track program
financial budgets, manpower forecasting, and
Earned Value(EV) computation for a variety of
funding sources and ensures EVM and financial
information is correct and compliant to PPMP
guidelines . Ensures Estimate at Complete (EAC)
reflects latest scope of work. Prepare and
present financial status to lead and/or
management. Archbald is located in Northeastern Pennsylvania
within Lackawanna County; home to busy cities,

Basic Qualifications
business administration, or related discipline.
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include
Outlook, Power Point, and proficiency with Excel.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
in a fast-paced, team environment.
-Knowledge of CAS, SEC, US GAAP policy, procedure, and
controls for compliance to support internal
process and external regulatory requirements.
-Provides subject matter expertise support to
proposal development, basis of estimate and
negotiations, as required.
-Previous internship(s) in a professional
environment. Prior finance analyst experience
would be beneficial.
-Ability to perform data analytics and financial
analysis.
-Master's degree in related discipline.
