Position Overview
- Hours: 20–30 per week
- Schedule: Set schedule with some flexibility available
- Location: On-site at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, UT
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Enter, review, and audit data
- Support recruitment and standards teams
- Research and suggest process improvements
- Help with swag inventory, approvals, catering, and shipping for events
- Coordinate logistics and communication across departments
- Solve problems and audit recruitment processes
- Assist with SkyWest recruitment and pathway events
- Support culture initiatives and employee recognition programs
- Conduct research and assist with special projects
- Perform other assigned tasks
- Motivated and able to work independently
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio)
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Required Licenses and Accreditation
- Valid driver’s license
- Must meet insurance requirements to drive company/rental vehicles

- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Able to sit at a computer for long periods
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Assist with large shipments (lifting, bending, standing)
This position is not a Department of Transportation Safety Sensitive position.
This is not a remote position — candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to St. George, UT to work at SkyWest Headquarters.
