What you will be doing:
This role is responsible for the electromagnetic design of new electric motors and the technical support of mature products.

- Design and develop AC induction motors, including winding, test specifications, and validation procedures.
- Provide engineering support for existing motor product lines, including quality analysis, risk assessments, and field-return evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product improvements, vendor qualifications, and tooling.
- Support hands-on testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Occasional travel to facilities in the southern U.S. and Mexico.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
- 2 to 5 years of electromagnetic motor design experience (required).
- Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
- Motor design simulation software (ANSYS Maxwell/RMxprt or equivalent), CAD solid modeling software (Creo/Pro-E preferred), MATLAB is a plus
