SAIC is seeking a highly motivated SCA Engineering Technician IV to support the Specialized Munitions Division at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane, IN.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this position, you will collaborate with other professionals to solve challenging problems, participate in sustainment operations, testing, and fielding solutions critical to the Nation’s security, and support of our frontline warfighters. You will assist government customers and our contractor team with various projects and tasks, while building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers, sponsors, and related industry partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

• Support customers and sponsoring organizations in planning operations, reviewing, updating, testing, and documenting captured assessment data for Advanced Optical Target Detection (AOTD) Systems, and Safe & Arming devices for rolling airframe Missiles
• Completing sustainment operations including tasks such as system component assessment, planning, dis-assembly / re-assembly, operational testing, Quality Assurance, and recording/reporting of final task completion accurately for the customers’, sponsors and end users mission success
