Compensation and Growth
- Earning Potential: $45,000 – $80,000+ annually (base salary plus bonuses and commissions)
- Experience: Preferred but not required (prior BDC, call center, or sales experience a plus)
- Bilingual: Preferred (English/Spanish)
- Career Development: Continuous training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities within the dealership

- Strong communication and phone skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple leads
