Job Description
The Assistant Vice President, Internal Wholesaler is a key member of the distribution team, responsible for helping drive market share growth by partnering with financial advisors and registered representatives in a dedicated geographic region. This role combines deep product knowledge, consultative sales, and a commitment to exceptional client service. Partner with External Wholesaler to drive market share growth in the retail financial advisors channel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the external Wealth Distribution team in building and deepening relationships with existing and potential clients by prospecting through direct outreach, meeting coordination and management of investor inquiries.
- Assist with administrative client management tasks such as scheduling, follow-up material coordination, group meeting planning and client relationship management system maintenance.
- Act as a point of contact for existing investors and be responsible for leveraging the full resources of the firm to coordinate responses to all investor inquiries.
- Support prospecting efforts through proactive, self-directed outreach.
- Coordinate client meetings and conference calls with prospects and existing clients.
- Educate financial advisors and on the firm’s investment products,
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource to the broker-dealer network regarding competitor products and current market trends
- Respond to technical product and competitive positioning questions, ensuring compliance with FINRA, SEC, and internal guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and consultant.
- Track industry trends and developments, staying up to date with new products and services.
- Perform market analysis and assist in the development of sales presentations.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as product specialists, marketing, and compliance to ensure alignment with sales strategies and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Series 7 & 63 licenses required.
- Experience in asset management; knowledge of alternative investments preferred.
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in financial services or asset management sales.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Must be willing to work from an Antares office and travel as needed.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at the time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is comprised of several components, including but not limited to applicant's skill, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and the location of the position.
This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance).

Salary Range
$100,000 - $125,000
