Main responsibilities
Invest in the canvassing of customers.
Develop and maintain a lasting business relationship with market intermediaries: banners, real estate offices and brokers and residential real estate builders.
Target and analyze client needs, develop adapted strategies and prepare mortgage financing offers to meet targeted results.
Promote the overall offer, including protection and cross-selling.
Ensure a presence in the business community of your territory
Be actively involved in the business community in your territory
Respect the frameworks, practices and various laws governing the distribution of financial products and services
Stay abreast of financial news, market trends and best practices in your field of activity.
Other working conditions
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Schedule : Be available 7 days a week and evenings
Workplace : Saguenay Region, Outaouais Region, Laurentian Region, Lanaudière, Beloeil, Drummondville, Granby and Montreal and/or Laval. The work arrangement for the position is full-time telework #LI-Remote
Travel : Frequent (at the request of members and clients)
Other relevant information: 100% commission-based remuneration

Qualifications
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of years of relevant experience in business development or sales
Experience in a banking environment (a major asset)
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
Specific knowledge
Good knowledge of the following computer tools: Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook
Knowledge of mortgage financing (a very important asset)
Knowledge in real estate and mortgage brokerage (an important asset)
Knowledge of Spanish and Mandarin at an intermediate level
Proficient speaker, complete proficiency in English
