We are actively seeking a UI/UX Designer. This role is based in India.

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong design sensibilities with user-centered thinking, transforming complex problems into elegant, simple solutions. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas from concept to launch while maintaining a consistent design system and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• User Experience (UX)

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate in defining product requirements, ensuring usability is prioritized.

• User Interface (UI)

• Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and final visual assets.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Ensure accessibility, consistency, and responsiveness across platforms (web, mobile, tablet).
• Apply typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to create engaging designs.

• Collaboration

• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Work with product managers to define design priorities and timelines.
• Present and communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Clear communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design or a related field or demonstratable portfolio of experience.

• 2–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).

• Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, and responsive design.

• Experience conducting and applying user research and usability testing.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

• Ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.

• Experience designing for enterprise platforms, SaaS products, or mobile applications.

• Familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing for data-informed design.
