We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer 2 who can take full ownership of end-to-end engineering for a product track. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions—working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to turn complex challenges into scalable, production-ready systems.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, design, and build robust AI-driven software solutions from the ground up.
• Take complete ownership of one or more product tracks—covering backend systems, infrastructure, integrations, and LLM workflows.
• Collaborate directly with customers and cross-functional teams to define requirements, iterate rapidly, and deliver production-quality solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure engineering excellence.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and contribute to internal tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of strong backend engineering experience.
• Proven record of delivering and maintaining production-grade systems.
• Proficient in Python, with experience in Django or FastAPI.
• Skilled in PostgreSQL, AWS, and general system design principles.
• Familiar with LangChain, LLM APIs, and vector databases (preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
