What you´ll build

We are looking for a committed and passionate working student to support the SAP University Alliances Portfolio and Programs team with the following capabilities required

• Create, maintain, and publish marketing and communication content targeting lecturers and students worldwide to promote our learning offerings and portfolio.
• Support the development of Go-To-Market (GTM) materials to accompany our learning assets.
• Assist in project management tasks related to the development of new learning assets.
• Provide operational support to Teaching Offering Managers in their daily tasks, maintain and update internal documentation, reporting, key metrics tracking and project status updates as needed.
• Utilize data-driven approach to understand audience need, analyze feedback and target communications
• Manage relationships with partners to ensure smooth collaboration and resource alignment.
• Participate in team meetings and assist with event coordination and logistics when required (virtual and onsite).

What you bring

• Student (w/m/d) at a university or a university of applied science
• Preferred fields of Study: Communications / Communications Design, Marketing, Business, Graphic Design 
• Secure knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)
• Interest in software and technology 
• Strong writing skills
• English fluent, German fluent
• Be a motivated, self-driven, and proactive team player with strong knowledge on communications and project management
• Ability to consistently deliver high quality work and balance multiple tasks based on priority to ensure deadlines are met
• Comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask for help

The team oversees the entire value chain – from the decision to create or enhance a teaching offering, through the design to integration into the SAP University Alliances program (for universities) or the SAP Young Thinkers program (for schools), all the way to market incubation.
