JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various open roles
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documentation and orientation logistics
Maintain accurate and organized candidate and employee records in our HR systems
Help draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms
Participate in recruiting initiatives and employer branding activities
Contribute to team meetings, brainstorms, and administrative tasks as needed
Support the optimization of HRIS (ADP) and ATS (Lever) platforms, including workflows, permissions, and system configurations.
Help design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR system processes and data management.
Generate and analyze HR metrics and dashboards related to headcount, recruiting, turnover, and engagement trends.
Participate in HR process improvement projects, particularly those related to digital transformation and operational efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Demonstrated interest in HR technology, systems management, and data analysis.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with LinkedIn or applicant tracking systems is a plus
