Join Millennium Print Group as a Contract Specialist!

Millennium Print Group is seeking a Contract Specialist to join our Legal Department. This role offers the opportunity to manage commercial contracts, service agreements, and supply chain agreements while supporting a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

What You’ll Do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including supply agreements, equipment purchases, service contracts, and SaaS agreements.

  • Maintain contract records and documentation using contract lifecycle management systems.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to clarify terms and deliverables.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and legal requirements.

  • Support contract renewals, extensions, and close-out activities.

  • Develop and maintain contract playbooks, SOPs, and templates to standardize processes.

  • Train internal stakeholders on contracting best practices and tools.

  • Conduct legal and business research to support process improvement initiatives.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, legal studies, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related discipline.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
