Job Summary

The Senior Global Product Line Manager (PLM) manages the global PLM function for the organization and is responsible for the integration of fan, market, channel, assortment, segmentation, competitor, product trend and lifecycle analysis and sales data to drive vision via seasonal product collections that achieve defined business and product strategies.

Provides input on seasonal global and regional analysis to inform the global briefing process. Synthesizes findings and inputs including but not limited to: product performance, assortment performance by channel/tier/key account/DTC, competitor analysis, trend reports, fan insights, market research data, retail visits, brand strength, trade publications and analysts, the executive team, and regional and global business units.
  • Works cross-functionally throughout the seasonal product process with the Lifestyle and Performance business units to bring a cohesive, cross-merchandised, fan-focused line with compelling stories each season delivered on-time and completely.

  • Supports regional fan and channel needs with specific inline and regionally driven styles as required by the business (SMU’s, limited editions, collaborations, exclusive product).

Aligns and motivates the product team to deliver product lines with compelling stories for both new and carryover styles that drive brand awareness.

  • Presents pre-lines, sales meetings, key accounts, and visiting editors as required with sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in global product creation; footwear experience required.
  • Experience with women's and men's advanced concept product preferred.
  • Prior experience as a department lead preferred.

Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.

Base Salary: $129,500 - $136,500

This range represents the low and high ends of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
