BlueAlly is seeking an outstanding Graphic Designer to collaborate closely with our Creative Director in developing art and campaigns that break through the noise to engage people across the gamut, from B2B to B2C and in a broad range of verticals from federal to small business. This role demands a dynamic visual storyteller capable of producing interesting, technically solid, high-impact print, video, and digital advertising (including GDN and other platforms) that cut through the noise and engage audiences. 

We want a designer who can push boundaries, conceptualize bold ideas, and craft work that inspires action. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director, strategic team, and broader organization to develop concepts and campaigns that align with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Create compelling print collateral, digital display ads (GDN and beyond), social assets, and dynamic motion graphics.
  • Create and edit video content for advertising, promotional, and social channels.
  • Translate strategic briefs into disruptive, engaging, and measurable creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders using Jira (experience with Jira or similar project management tools a must).
  • Maintain a consistent BlueAlly brand voice and maintain partner brand integrity while also experimenting with new, bold creative approaches.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and champion innovation in design, advertising, and digital storytelling.

Core Skills & Tools:

The successful candidate will be completely fluent in: 

  • Adobe Creative Suite:
    • InDesign (print & layout design)
    • Illustrator (vector & brand design)
    • Photoshop (image editing & composition)
  • Premiere (video editing)
  • Animate (interactive and HTML5 animation for web/digital ads)
  • After Effects (motion graphics, VFX, dynamic ad content)
  • Audition (audio editing)
  • Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) for collaboration and presentation.
  • Project management tools such as Jira (or equivalent).

 
Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, advertising, or multimedia design (agency or in-house).
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, versatility, and execution across print, video, and digital campaigns.
  • Proven experience designing for GDN, social platforms, and other dynamic ad channels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A curious, restless creative who is always asking: “How can we do this differently?”
