Position Overview:

CUMULUS MEDIA | Atlanta has an immediate opening for a Digital Coordinator.  The Digital Coordinator is an integral part of our media sales team and provides administrative support to the account executives & management team.  The ideal candidate will be efficient, dependable, hardworking and can balance multiple deadline-oriented projects while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.

     

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients (<$10,000), including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and providing progress reports.

     

  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative and development, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects.

     

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement to meet client goals.

     

  • Maintain ongoing internal reporting and account trackers in order to provide ongoing details about account health, project timelines, growth opportunities, monthly billing, etc.

     

  • Facilitate and support proposal development (including the build-out of media plans and client/industry research), ongoing monthly reporting, and quarterly business reviews.

     

  • Support strategic agency projects as needed (like onboarding a new platform, researching new products/partners, or setting up new offerings in our planning tools).

     

  • Regularly report on digital sales pipeline and performance against growth targets.

  • Additional duties as designated by the VP of Sale or Director of Sales.
     

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of digital sales, marketing, or advertising experience preferred, broadcasting industry exposure a plus

     

  • Working knowledge of leading digital platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.

     

  • Experience developing effective digital marketing strategies to accomplish advertiser goals

     

  • Solid understanding of the entire business-to-business sales process: pipelines, lead/revenue generation, successful closing processes, cross platform solutions, etc.

     

  • Time management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail

    creative problem-solving skills

     

  • Must be a team player, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients equally

     

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field is preferred
