Job Overview:
Joining as AVP, Salesforce Technical Lead within our technology organization, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team obsessed with creating a transformational user experience for our home office employees. We are seeking an inspired technology leader to help drive the transformation and ongoing management of our internal Salesforce CRM platform and integrated sales enablement tools, which support sales, marekting and relationship management team activities.
Responsibilities:
Lead teams responsible for owning all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations and/or customizations including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, Data, and other key stakeholders to define, design and execute Salesforce feature implementations that deliver a first-class end-to-end experience for our teammates and customers.
Translate business requirements into well-architected customized solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
Develop, implement, and provide application support and system enhancements for scalable Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC), Sales/Service cloud to sustain and enhance sales and marketing efforts.
Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices include custom platform development using APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning flows and Lightning components.
Analyses user needs, produces requirements documentation and system plans, and encodes, tests, debugs, maintains and documents programs and applications
Identify designs that leverage standard out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality and create supporting technical specification documents.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On and data migrations
Analyze current state business processes and identify ways to utilize Salesforce.com (SFDC) to improve business processes and productivity.
Oversee one or more agile development teams providing nurturing leadership and talent development efforts for successful product delivery, application, and platform support.
Cultivate strong relationships with business, product, technology, and user communities to advance the Salesforce platform.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards and quality guidelines.
Lead and contribute to the implementation of complex Salesforce projects, from design to deployment, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
10+ years’ experience as a Salesforce developer within a large-scale enterprise implementation (2000+ users)
5+ years of expertise in one or multiples of → Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity Omni Studio
5+ years of demonstrated experience leading and maturing enterprise software development teams/organizations under SAFe Agile methodologies
5+ years of experience in implementing Sales Process Solutions includes Campaign, Lead, Opportunity, Activity, Contract management, Servicing, Support and Marketing.
5+ years of experience with design and developing API integrations between Salesforce and other applications using AWS or Middleware tools. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API

Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors and other technology teams to ensure appropriate infrastructure selection, maintenance, policies and procedures are in place to support the CRM application environment.
Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems and communicating with users, other technical teams to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
Excellent oral, technical, and written communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial setting is essential.
Preferences:
Preferred Salesforce certifications: Certified Finaical Services Cloud,Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Application/System Architect is an added advantage
5+ years of financial services experience
Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud or any marketing cloud is added advantage.
Experience with integration Salesforce with AWS
Excellent oral, technical, and written communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial setting is essential.
