In this role, you will need to be a motivated designer with a positive attitude to support architectural teams and fully commit to multi-disciplined design efforts. You will be working on projects for national and statewide public-facing governmental agencies seeking our best ideas to improve the public realm. You should expect to be challenged to produce high quality work in a fast-paced and intellectually engaging environment.

- Assist in preparing concept designs for active projects and proposals.
- Assist in preparing architectural working drawings and related project documents.
- Assist in preparation of project specifications.
- Coordinate construction administration activities such as the review of shop drawings, response to requests for information, and running construction meetings.
- Work collaboratively and positively in a team environment.
- Produce conceptual renderings for project and presentation purposes.
- Be willing to expand your skills and grow professionally.
- Bachelor of Arts/Science in Architecture is required. B.Arch or Master of Architecture degree is preferred.
- 0-3 years minimum experience in an architectural office setting is required.
- High proficiency in REVIT Building Information Modeling Architecture with experience in both design and construction documentation is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint software is required.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam Revu is required.
- Strong graphic skills and experience with 3D Modeling software such as Sketch-Up Pro, Rihno or similar is desired.
- Experience with 3D Rendering software such as Lumion 3D, Enscape or similar is desired.
- Knowledge of the following building types is desired: transit, transportation, government (federal, state, local)
- Candidate must have a working knowledge of current International Building Codes, NFPA, ADA, LEED, and knowledge of related standards such as ANSI, ASTM, ASHRAE etc.
- Candidate must be dynamic, creative and detail oriented.
- Candidate must be able to work effectively in team situations and establish strong relationships with other teams where overlap of client project work exists.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
