1.Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.2.Provides and follows customer service standards of excellence.3.Manages the day-to-day maintenance and integrity of the donor and prospect databases using Raiser’s Edge software, including data entry and reporting applications; data restoration and performance optimization.4.Create and maintain contacts with (actual and potential) information and data partners within Blackbaud by participating in meetings and forums relating to monitoring and evaluation and continued education.5.Troubleshoots database problems and suggests corrective action as required from EMC Information Systems as they relate to the integrity of the EMC Foundation databases.6.Interfaces closely with Eisenhower Information Systems on annual software upgrades.7.Interfaces with EMC Information Systems when necessary. Communicates with EMC Information Systems and suggests corrective action.8.Successfully delivers multiple large projects concurrently and/or in overlapping time lines.9.Maintains manuals and other resources.10.Serves as database training leader for staff.11.Maintains and expands expertise through self-directed reading and studying, through formal training opportunities, and through vendor-supplied information resources.12.Produces intricate, sequentially tiered solicitation mailings and reports for the annual appeal.13.Performs donor financial and/or giving history data analysis using complex queries.14.Performs other duties as assigned Jetzt bewerben
