BIM Specialist bei Culver Franchising System, LLC

Lead franchisees through the design and construction process for new builds, conversions, and reimage projects. Assist with the development and execution of brand design standards by managing prototype and reimage updates, maintaining accurate Revit and AutoCAD documentation, and ensuring alignment across teams and consultants. Develop and manage restaurant prototypes and templates in accordance with building codes and brand standards, finish document selections, produce renderings, and ensure drawing accuracy to uphold Culver’s design programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Prototype & Reimage Template Updates
  • Lead annual prototype redline and update process
  • Translate prototype updates to reimage template drawings ensuring all drawing details and specifications are aligned
  • Lead planning session presentations and finish documents ensuring content reflects current standards
• Execute and Manage Revit Modeling
  • Develop and manage office drafting/BIM standards, guidelines, and best practices
  • Coordinate internal AutoCAD and Revit standards with outside consultants, ensuring all project information is aligned
  • Manage the conversion of reimage template and prototype CAD drawings to Revit
  • Support innovation initiatives with modeling and renderings
  • Works with specialists in various other software to ensure alignment across platforms
• Execute New Construction Planning
  • Schedule planning sessions with franchisee(s) and design team
  • Present and maintain accurate documentation of interior and exterior finish selections
  • Complete drawing review and modifications and coordinate with external architects
  • Provide renderings as needed for review and approval
• Execute Reimage Planning
  • Schedule planning sessions with franchisee(s) and design team
  • Present and maintain accurate documentation of interior and exterior finish selections
  • Assist with creation of reimage construction drawings and renderings

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or similar or in process
• 1- year experience in design and working as part of a team; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Demonstrated understand building construction and sequencing
