This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
What You’ll Get To Do:
The selected candidate will be responsible to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. Assesses project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Basic Qualifications:
2 Years with Bachelors; 0 Years with Masters. In lieu of formal degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience may be considered.
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Detailed and team oriented with organization skills.
Experience in collaborating across organizations to bring forward a consolidated objective.
Experience in acting with a sense of urgency and accountability; taking ownership of tasks and strategic direction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Microsoft Planner and Confluence.
Strategic Thinking.
Experienced with NCTA.
Experience supporting DOD Programs.
Some experience with Agile processes.
Experience in Business Management or Engineering.
Background in Leading teams.
Currently GBSD Accessed.
