DTNA is currently seeking a dynamic individual to take on the dual role of Planet, People, Performance (PX3) Program Manager and Corporate Development Special Projects Manager.

PX3 Program Manager Role:

As PX3 Program Manager, you will spearhead the coordination of all DTNA sustainability initiatives within the Planet, People, Performance domain. You will act in a classic project leadership capacity to ensure the successful conception, coordination, and execution of all initiatives related to the nine PX3 focus areas: Green Products, Green Production, Green Supply Chain, Our People, Human Rights, Traffic Safety, Responsible Governance, Compliance and ESG Risk Management, and Reporting and Transparency. You will work closely with cross-functional teammates responsible for executing PX3 initiatives, DTNA’s Corporate Strategy department, and global PX3 colleagues.

Corporate Development Project Manager Role:

As Corporate Development Project Manager you will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with local and global teams to develop business cases, strategic frameworks, and guide high level discussions. The CD Project Manager will also provide both direct and indirect support, serving as a liaison between the Corporate Strategy, Autonomous, and Business Development teams.

Direct support includes preparing for and contributing to Town Halls, meetings, events, and presentations for CD. Indirect support encompasses advancing the VP’s vision independently through initiatives and acting on the VP’s behalf as needed. Liaison responsibilities involve understanding and integrating different cultures and perspectives across all levels of the organization, ensuring these viewpoints are represented in critical discussions and decisions with the VP and their teams. Together, these responsibilities contribute to the overall success of the Corporate Development team.

The ideal candidate will be self-directed and exercise sound judgement while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving VUCA environment. This role supports the strategic direction of the Corporate Development Group and requires the ability to lead discussions, facilitate collaboration, and drive change. Frequent interaction with cross-functional executive stakeholders demands exceptional communication and networking skills.

Position offers a starting salary range of $104,000.00 - $133.000.00 USD 

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience​

What You Drive at DTNA:

· Ensure the successful coordination and execution of all DTNA sustainability initiatives.

· Lead and track strategic projects, initiatives, goals, and actions for the Corporate Development Team.

· Manage annual process for defining CD and PX3 strategic initiatives and goals.

· Support and implement the VP’s vision and strategy.

· Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, and project/technical memos in support of SB, BoM, and OpCom meetings.

· Work with current support staff to organize CD events, including (but not limited to) Town Halls, CD Leadership Workshops, and PX3 Workshops.

· Support Organization and Technical Staff Meetings (OSMs, TSMs).

· Serve as an ambassador of Simpler, Faster, Stronger principles and behaviors.

Knowledge You Should Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, and 6+ years of relevant experience.

· Familiarity with engineering processes and the DTNA organization.

· Demonstrated strong leadership skills, including experience leading projects.

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, with a willingness to learn additional systems as needed. Proficiency in preparing Executive presentations (primarily in PowerPoint) and memos (primarily in Word) that are clear and tailored to the audience.

· Demonstrated ability to quickly identify and resolve issues across organizational boundaries.

· Proven ability to work autonomously, apply robust analytical and critical thinking skills, and develop sound business recommendations to support performance and cost objectives.

· High level of organizational and political intelligence, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

· Strong networking and collaboration skills with counterparts within DTNA and across the global organization; demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.

· Ability to thrive in an environment characterized by ambiguity and continuous change.

· An attached resume is required.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have:

· A solid understanding of current sustainability landscape and related regulations.

· Experience leading intercultural, global, and cross-functional teams.

· Experience influencing and guiding individuals or teams to achieve greater impact without direct authority.

· Experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
