Deposit Operations Representative
Checkback Position
Full Time @ Operations Center


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review all new accounts for proper documentation and account specifications.
• Review all daily loan, deposit and customer file maintenance.
• Review all changes to existing accounts for proper documentation and account specifications.
• Review all closed accounts for proper documentation.
• Review all Stop Pays for accuracy.
• Review new Name and Address records for accuracy and duplication.
• Monitor multiple monthly Exception Reports.
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance.
• Receive ongoing training that will enable the incumbent to serve as back-up to other Operations Representatives
• Resizing and indexing of multiple documents in Director
• Monitoring of all Director exceptions in the queue
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• High school diploma (or equivalency) required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products is required.
• Requires excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Able to exert excellent problem solving and decision making skills with minimal supervision.
• Must be a detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a high pace environment
• Experience preferred but not required.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
