Restorative Practices Interventionist AIde
2025-2026 School Year

Position Title: Restorative Practices Interventionist
Department/Section: Thomas Elementary School
Supervisor: Principal

Hourly Rate:   $18.00 - $18.75 hour (depending on experience)
Pay Grade: 21
Schedule: 15 hours/week (Monday through Friday for 3 hours/day); 9 month position; Non-Benefit eligible, Arizona State Retirement System not eligible.

Desired Start Date: October 27, 2025

DUTIES:
This position is responsible for supporting school-wide Restorative Practices implementation at Thomas Elementary School in conjunction with the school administration, school counselor, and Behavioral Coalition. The interventionist understands and promotes practices rooted in relationship building. This position also includes the skills and experience to deliver small group instructional support surrounding soft skill and social emotional skill development. This position will require the applicant to collect data and collaborate with teachers, administration, and other school personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED
Candidate must meet NCLB qualifications; NCLB = 60 post-secondary hours of college coursework or minimum of an AA Degree (or higher) or meet the minimum score required on an Arizona Department of Education approved test. (The FUSD Family Resource Center administers the Parapro test. Call 928.774-1103 for more information and to schedule a testing time.)  In addition, please submit documentation showing how you meet the NCLB requirement (attach transcripts, copy of degree or copy of parapro assessment scores).
