POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Senior Marketing Partner serves as a key member of the hospital’s Marketing and Communications team, combining strategic leadership with hands-on creative expertise. This role leads marketing initiatives that promote hospital services, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen community engagement — while also developing high-quality digital and print materials that reflect our mission of compassionate care.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketing professional with strong skills in graphic design, website management, and content strategy, as well as an understanding of how to communicate effectively in a healthcare setting.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or similar

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years related experience and/or training, required. 
  • Experience in healthcare industry preferred
  • Website experience and coding background beneficial, but not required.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, videography and web development.. 
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software. 
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects. 
  • Knowledge of WordPress preferred but not required. 
  • Experience with HTML and CSS preferred but not required. 
  • Basic telephone and computer skills, excellent customer service skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize and keep work organized in a hectic work environment, with patient care always being the priority. 
  • Excellent keyboard skills required. 
  • Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
